So, we were invited to a wedding last weekend, and we decided to make a night of it. Ooooooh yeah wedding wedding drinkies wedding. We lined up babysitters for the munchkin (thank goodness for the in-laws), hydrated ourselves, and ensured that we got a good nights sleep (well, sort of) the night before. Entering parenthood for the first time is a mind boggling, world shaking, life changing experience. Even though you “know” that this will be the case, you will never REALLY know this until you are elbow deep in poop and wading through pools of baby spew at 3am. (more…)
