Hypnobirthing… I had never heard of it before falling pregnant. In fact, I hadn’t even really given my future labour a proper thought, other than knowing that I was really excited at the thought that I would one day be going through it. What a weirdo huh? I had been lucky enough to witness a good friends labour a couple of years before, and was so amazed and in love with what I had seen. Not in a creepy way but in a life is a freaking miracle sort of way. (more…)

I went out for dinner with a friend last week. I know, right?! I’m shocked too. Shocked that I am doing something that resembles having my own grown up kinda life again… Yep, mummas gotta get a life, however in the year and a half since my little one was born I have lived every day weighed down by an immense sense of guilt… It’s constantly nagging at me and wont bugger off.
